What kind of shirts do you print on?
Depending on our suppliers but we always buy products printed on quality material like t-shirt from American Apparel or Alstyle Apparel.
How Much do your shirts cost?
All our shirts cost 25$ Canadian
Do your shirts shrink?
Like normal t-shirts, ours might shrink overtime or when drying in the machine. We recommend to hang/air.
Do you have a spec sheet?
The spec size are indicated on the product page
Will my shirt look exactly like what appears on your website?
Yes. Unlikely other website, we have the product in stock and the pictures you are seeing are the actual products.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we only ship to USA and Canada for now.
When do I get my shirt after purchasing?
For customer in Canada, it takes about 4 business days before receiving your t-shirt.
For customer in USA, it can take up to 10 business days.
There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
In case you never received your t-shirt or it was damage, please email us with a picture of the product to info@level99apparel.com.
How can I pay for my shirt?
We accept 2 methods of payment, either by Paypal or by Credit Card. We are using the secure environment of Paypal to process your credit card payment so you won’t need to worry about security issue.

How do you handle returns and refunds?
We don’t offer any guarantee on the product size if it fit on you or not.
However, if we shipped you the wrong size, we’ll ship you back a new one for free
If the package was damage, you can either request a new t-shirt or a full reimbursement.
